Executive Editor (February 2009 - Present) A.A. Kincaid has an M.A. in English from Indiana University, where she studied with Pulitzer Prize nominated essayist Scott Russell Sanders. She is the author of Gypsies, Tramps, and Thieves: Writing the Rock Chick Myth, an exploration and defense of the female experience in popular rock culture.
Kincaid also edits Deflowered's sister blog DefloweredNation.com, which covers a variety of topics related to women, sexuality, and pop culture, and produces Deflowered's live shows. Currently, she is re-writing the show as a musical which will hopefully go into production sometime in 2011.

Assistant Editor (June 2009-September 2009), Rachel Keown graduated from the UNC School of the Arts, School of Filmmaking with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Cinematography. She has acted as Director of Photography on several short films, including 2007's Cody, which was featured in the American Exhibition Pavilion at the Cannes Film Festival. That same year, she shot her first feature film, A NOISE OF MANY WATERS, with Actor-turned-Director Adrian Rieder. She has also pulled focus on numerous commercials and shorts and operated the camera on several music video shoots.
Since her move to Los Angeles in 2008, Rachel has focused on writing freelance. She has contributed articles and short stories to known art and lifestyle magazines. Additionally, she is one of three producers currently developing the comedy web series, THE ADVENTURES OF GORDON & KYLE and has penned two feature films of her own. She will be composing the editorial content for the Hollywood Harley-Davidson website later this year. She presently works at Harley-Davidson as a part-time sales girl.
On a more personal note, Rachel has a habit of getting tattoos, and contests that it's an incurable addiction. Upon retirement, she plans to sell all of her possessions and travel across the country on her custom motorcycle before transplanting to Rome, Italy to live out the remainder of her life. But for now, she is incredibly proud and honored to be part of the Deflowered phenomenon.
